@Nzipunksfckoff not sure if it's a moratorium or a ban but if they want to use more than sticks they're supposed to call it unlawful first, i think.

@hereandnowzines I thought it was a moratorium. Is it a full ban now? If so, that’s good mostly I’d imagine. Are there loopholes to the ban, like if they declare a protest to be a riot?
